«Твое время вышло». Непобежденная чемпионка Bellator решила наказать насиловавшего ее тренера

Американская девушка-боец ММА Илима-Лэй Макфарлэйн (11-0) присоединилась к иску против своего бывшего тренера по баскетболу Дуэйна Йена, сообщает Sports.kz.

Макфарлэйн, как и другие девушки, обвинила Йена в педофилии. По словам спортсменки, тренер совращал ее и ее младшую сестру, когда они учились в школе в Гонолулу. Пострадавшие от действий Йена утверждали, что тот заставлял их трогать его гениталии, показывал изображения порнографического содержания и предлагал им заниматься сексом за деньги. По словам Илимы-Лэй, в школе обещали провести внутреннее расследование случившегося, однако ни о каких итогах не сообщили.

«Отвратительно, что он до сих пор тренирует несовершеннолетних девочек. Спустя 15 лет мы с сестрой по-прежнему требуем справедливости. Это больше не сойдет ему с рук. Дуэйн Йен, твое время вышло!» — так Макфарлэйн подытожила длинный пост в Instagram.

Добавим, что Илима-Лэй Макфарлэйн является чемпионкой Bellator в полулегком весе.

Punahou knew I was a victim and witness to my own sister’s abuse and didn’t even bother to check on me. As a result we were retaliated against by him and the basketball program and had to see him everyday, still allowed on campus around minors. My sister and I tried our best to move on with our lives until it resurfaced in 2018 when more victims came forward. Punahou claimed they were doing an internal investigation but again, didn’t contact me and refused to share the results of the “investigation” with my sister. Disgustingly, we found out that he’s STILL coaching and teaching minor girls. So here we are now, 15 years later seeking justice together. He can’t get away with this anymore.
